Sthal ovenproof Gratin Dish ceramic 'Arabesque Fig' with beautiful decor in relief, Sthåls decorative peacock and beautiful leaves. The glaze looks like it is cracked (though it is not) providing a pretty vintage expression. The Gratin Dish is made in stoneware and fired at very high temperature, which makes the shape extremely durable. The pottery from Stahl is hand-made and designed to be used for years to come... Each item is handmade and no two pieces are exactly identical. The stylish and practical gratin dish is dishwasher- and microwave safe and ovenproof of course!

The name Arabesque comes from French and means in Arabic. There is also a special artistic expression with twisting patterns of plants, leaves and tendrils. All parts in the Sthål ceramics are made of white stoneware clay that is fired at very high temperature to become sustainable and waterproof. The beautiful glazes are carefully selected to make the food look appetizing. Craftsmanship combined with both clay and glaze has a life of its own, and allows each peace a unique look. No part is the other exactly the same, but the relationship is clear. And as an extra guarantee STHÅL puts there seal on the bottom - a guarantee for many, many parties to come ...

We have Sthål pottery in eg dinner plates, cups, bowls, oblong smaller barrels and large round platters in several different colours. Sthål pottery is very beautiful to combine multiple colour combinations together.
