HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?
Your package is never sent directly to your home, but to the nearest Schenker delivery. When the package arrived at the delivery point, you get an SMS with a code to redeem the package. Do not forget to bring ID when the package never be disclosed without a valid ID!
HOW DOES PAYMENT'S FROM OTHER COUNTRIES THAN SWEDEN WORK?
If you Order from Sweden, Norway or Finland you can use KLARNA Checkout and choose to pay either by Invoice or by Card. In both cases KLARNA AB handles our payments and if you choose invoice you will receive your invoice by e-mail directly from KLARNA AB. You can also choose to pay with PAYPAL.
IF YOU ORDER FROM WITHIN THE EU or US:
If you order from within the EU, except Finland, we use PAYPAL for all our payments.
WHAT IS THE FREIGHTCOST OUTSIDE SWEDEN?
If you Order from Finland or Denmark we use a fixed shipping rate of 159 SEK for goods that meet our freight companies maximum size for normal goods. For large goods like furniture eg we will contact you before we ship anything and give you a personal quote for the freight.
To Norway the freight cost is 259 SEK. To other countries within the EU the freight cost is normally 199 SEK except for bulgy goods that does not meet our freight companies maximum size for normal goods. For large goods like furniture eg we will contact you before we ship anything and give you a personal quote for the freight.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY-TIME?
Usually around 1 week.
